Pre-Approval

Simple and painless - getting pre-approved is much simpler and quicker today. Together we will have a conversation with a lender of your choice to identify the best price range for you. I never push anyone to buy a more expensive property than they feel capable.

Representation

You will be working with a REALTOR that will be representing you during the entire purchase and negotiation process. The proper representation will give you piece of mind throughout the process. Make sure you download the Consumer Notice to learn more about the various types of Agency available and ask about the importance of a Buyer's Agent.

Scheduling

As a Multi-List REALTOR I can show any property listed by any Broker. I will also set up all of the showings to fit your schedule.

Market Analysis

A complete Buyer's Market Analysis will assist you in making the right offer on every property you see before you make an offer. Be an intelligent buyer with a current market analysis showing the current market trends - this can save you thousands or allow you to get the house you really want by being more informed.

Negotiating

The purchase does not end for me with the signed Agreement. I will negotiate the price, terms and conditions for you that are in your best interest. This continues through the inspection process and closing.

Inspections

As your REALTOR I will assist in scheduling the various inspections, following up on the inspection reports and working with you to negotiate any items that may need to be adjusted based upon the report.

Closing

My services continue through the closing process where I will be at the table with you signing the documents and verifying the sale is completed as we set forth in the items above with our negotiations. This allows one more level of peace of mind that you will not be on your own at any point of the transaction.

After Closing

My goal is to provide you with superb service throughout the process that I become your personal REALTOR for any purchase or sale for life. I am building a base of life-long clients.
